I needed repairs to my vehicle and I was honestly getting frustrated - until I found Cronin. Another dealer in the central Kentucky area was unhelpful, rude, and had no sense of urgency to help me. Interacting with Cronin was like walking in to the sun - they couldn't have been more polite, professional, or helpful. They kept me informed on the status of my repairs, were honest about what I needed (and what could wait), and vastly exceeded my expectations on repair timing. Joseph Davidson (Joey) was particularly helpful, and made sure to keep me up to date with my vehicle. The service I received will definitely make me think twice before going anywhere else.
